退換貨政策｜Return & Exchange Policy

Cloudy.hk 只接受符合條件之有限度退換申請。所有申請必須先經客服確認，未經確認恕不受理。

可接受申請的基本條件

• 必須於訂單完成後 3 天內提出申請
• 商品必須為全新、未使用、未拆封或不影響再次銷售之狀態
• 商品必須保留完整原包裝（包括外包裝）、發票及所有配件
• 商品不得有任何人為造成之污漬、刮花、磨損、破損、故障或其他影響再次銷售之情況
• 所有申請均須先經客服審核及確認

以下情況恕不接受退換

• 訂單完成後已超過 3 天
• 商品已拆封、已使用，或有明顯使用痕跡
• 商品因人為因素造成損壞、污漬、刮花、磨損、破損或故障
• 原包裝、外盒、配件、贈品或發票不完整、損毀或遺失
• 惡意、異常或大量退換申請
• 基於衛生理由、消耗性質或其他不適合再次銷售之商品
• 已於產品頁面列明為不設退換之商品

退換安排

經客服確認後，顧客可按指示安排將商品寄回指定地址，或前往指定門市辦理。
如需寄回商品，相關運送費用由申請人承擔。
Cloudy.hk 保留就個別申請決定接受換貨、店舖購物金或其他合適安排之權利。

退款安排

一般情況下，所有訂單均不設退款。
如個別申請經 Cloudy.hk 特別批准作退款處理，退款將於確認收到及檢查商品後，於 5 個工作天內處理。

下單前注意事項

顧客於下單及付款前，應先查閱相關產品資料，並確認產品符合個人需要。

Cloudy.hk only accepts limited return / exchange requests for eligible items. All requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Basic Eligibility Requirements

• The request must be made within 3 days after the order is completed
• The item must be new, unused, unopened, or otherwise in resellable condition
• The item must be returned with complete original packaging (including outer packaging), invoice, and all accessories
• The item must show no human-caused stains, scratches, wear, damage, defects, or other conditions affecting resale
• All requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer service team in advance

Requests Will Not Be Accepted in the Following Cases

• More than 3 days have passed after the order is completed
• The item has been opened, used, or shows visible signs of use
• The item has been damaged, stained, scratched, worn, broken, or otherwise affected by human factors
• Original packaging, outer box, accessories, gifts, or invoice are incomplete, damaged, or missing
• Malicious, abnormal, or bulk return / exchange requests
• Items that are consumable, hygiene-related, or otherwise unsuitable for resale
• Items clearly marked as non-returnable / non-exchangeable on the product page

Return / Exchange Arrangement

After approval by customer service, customers may be asked to return the item by sending it to the designated address or by visiting the designated store.
If return shipping is required, the related shipping cost shall be borne by the applicant.
Cloudy.hk reserves the right to determine whether an approved case will be handled by exchange, store credit, or another suitable arrangement.

Refunds

As a general rule, all orders are non-refundable.
If a refund is exceptionally approved by Cloudy.hk, it will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
