Policy for Change
Only different sizes of the same product can be changed. The returned product must be unused, and there is no damage or failure caused by human defects; please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging), otherwise the return will not be accepted .
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
More than 3 days after the order is completed.
The product has been unpacked and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as: defaced, malfunctioned, damaged, worn, scratched, scratched, dirty.
The package of the returned product is damaged and incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
Malicious or bulk returns.
Contact customer service → confirm that the product can be exchanged → prepare the complete product and invoice → arrange and send these to the designated branch address → wait for the return to be sent back to the address provided by the customer (the returner will bear the shipping fee). Or
Contact customer service → confirm that the product can be exchanged → prepare the complete product and invoice → visit the designated store for replacement.
Policy for Refund
We do not allow refund. Customers must check the relevant product information and understand their personal needs before placing an order and making the payment.
